Booking on Casatorent is straightforward and fully direct:

  • Use the search bar to enter your destination on the Costa Blanca and your travel dates.
  • Browse available properties with live pricing and real-time availability.
  • Click "Book now" on your chosen property and complete the secure checkout via Stripe or PayPal.
  • Receive your instant email confirmation with all booking details and owner contact information.

No account required to browse or enquire. An account is created automatically when you complete your first booking.

You can browse all properties and check prices without an account. When you complete your first booking, a guest account is automatically created using the email address you provided at checkout. This lets you track your bookings, download invoices, and manage your reservations.

Booking confirmation is instant. The moment your payment is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your booking reference, property details, check-in instructions, and the owner's contact information. No waiting for manual approval.

If you haven't received your confirmation email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Payments & Fees

No — never. The price displayed on a listing is exactly what you pay. There are no booking fees, no service charges, and no hidden costs added at checkout. This is one of our core commitments to guests and the main reason direct booking with Casatorent is almost always cheaper than using a large platform.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, and PayPal. Both payment methods are fully encrypted and PCI-compliant. Bank transfers are not available for online bookings.

Yes — all payments are processed through Stripe, one of the world's leading payment processors, or PayPal. Your card and personal details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. Both platforms comply with the highest security standards (PCI DSS Level 1).

Yes. Every property on Casatorent is personally reviewed by our team before it goes live. We verify that photos are accurate and up to date, that the description matches the property, and that the owner is reachable and responsive. We do not allow properties to self-list and go live without our review.

Our portfolio includes villas with private pools, townhouses, modern apartments, bungalows, and countryside fincas — all located on the Costa Blanca. You can filter by property type, number of bedrooms, pool, beach proximity, and more on the search results page.

All properties list their amenities clearly on the listing page. Common inclusions are Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, towels and bed linen, and private outdoor space. Many properties also include private pools, BBQ facilities, parking, and sea views. If you need a specific amenity, use the filters on the search page.

Cancellation & Changes

Each property sets its own cancellation policy, which is clearly displayed on the listing before you book. Common policies include:

  • Free cancellation: Full refund if cancelled more than a set number of days before arrival (varies by property).
  • Partial refund: Deposit non-refundable, balance refunded if cancelled before a set date.
  • Non-refundable: No refund on cancellation. These properties are typically discounted.

Always read the cancellation policy before completing your booking. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll clarify before you commit.

Log in to your guest account, go to "My Bookings", select the booking you wish to cancel, and follow the cancellation steps. Refunds are processed according to the property's cancellation policy and typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Date changes are subject to availability and owner approval. To request a date change, contact the property owner directly using the contact details in your booking confirmation, or reach out to us at info@casatorent.nl and we'll help coordinate. Price differences for new dates may apply.

We only list properties on the Costa Blanca, Spain. Properties outside this region cannot currently be listed.

Listing your property on Casatorent has no upfront listing fee. Please contact us for full details on our owner pricing model. Our goal is always to make listing straightforward and fair for property owners — especially those who are tired of paying high commissions to large platforms.

Yes — full iCal synchronisation is supported. This means your availability calendar on Casatorent can sync automatically with Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and any other platform that supports iCal. This eliminates the risk of double bookings and removes the need to manually update multiple calendars.

It depends on your destination. In Alicante city and Benidorm, public transport is generally sufficient for getting around. However, if you're staying in towns like Jávea, Moraira, Calpe, or rural areas outside the main centres, a rental car is strongly recommended to get the most out of your stay and explore the surrounding region.
